Michelle's innovative legal service model focuses on providing strategic, proactive guidance to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Her work encompasses a wide range of business law areas, including strategic planning, ownership and governance, transactions, and employment matters. Recognized as one of Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40" and a King County Executive's Woman Small Business of the Year, Michelle is also actively involved in community service, serving on boards of local non-profits and business organizations.
