If you’re not sure who your ideal client is, listen to what she says about focusing on personality traits as your niche, rather than being industry-specific in the services you provide.

Lou Anne is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and serves clients throughout the US. She taught in the public school system for decades, then spent time working with the NC wine industry before opening her own business in 2017.
